2026 Camp Sanctuary Staff Application

Thank you for your interest in being part of Camp Sanctuary! Here's some general information about working at camp, and we'll be in touch with more info and to schedule a time to chat, once you've completed this form.
CITs (currently in 8th grade) - This is a volunteer role, and there is no cost to participate. CITs must be able to commit to one full week program, for the full day.
Counselor (currently in 9th grade or older) - Pay varies based on your age and your role, and we will communicate that to you shortly after you apply, giving you plenty of time for making summer work plans. Counselors must be able to commit to one full week, and for the entire day.
Art Program Director - This person must be comfortable speaking to a group, planning art activities and giving directions. Previous camp experience or experience leading groups of kids is very helpful.
Assistant Music Director - This person will help lead opening and closing program and help create music programming with our music director, Sarah.
Leadership Program Director - This person leads leadership and team building activities with middle school campers and coordinates their integration with the younger campers.
Program Director - This person will work on program and theme development with planning team prior to the summer. This person manages the daily schedule and coordinates and plans all afternoon programming.
Activities Director - This person will lead activities and games with all camper groups throughout the day. This person is responsible for planning, leading, and working with camp leadership on overall camp operations.
Camper Care Specialist - This person supports our campers who need one on one support periodically throughout the day. This person is willing to take the lead with campers who need assistance, a break, or extra help integrating to various group activities.
Art Camp Teacher - Plan and lead art classroom for multiple age levels and abilities during Art Camp.
